Our Navigators can help you determine if you qualify for state or federal health plans like Medicaid (for low-income families) or Medicare (for those about to turn 65 or older.)

At Neighborhood Health, we treat everyone. We provide primary health care — medical, dental, and behavioral health — regardless of your ability to pay.
We accept Medicaid, Medicare and most private health insurance plans and offer discounts to qualifying, uninsured individuals. Discounts are calculated based on income.
The discounts are known as the “sliding fee scale,” which makes paying for healthcare easier for patients at or below 200 percent of the current Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG). The guidelines are annual income levels below which a person or family is considered to be living in poverty.
